INGREDIENTS

2 parts Y/Y Amaro

1 part sweet vermouth

1/3 part Cocktail Pantry lemon juice

1 barspoon Cocktail Pantry grenadine

Orange peel garnish

MIXING

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.

BItter ruby

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 part Y/Y Amaro

Pink grapefruit soda

Orange peel garnish

MIXING

Add Amaro into high ball glass with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Y-Groni

INGREDIENTS

1 part H.O.B.S. Gin

1 part sweet vermouth

1 part Y/Y Amaro

Two dashes of orange flower water

Orange peel garnish

MIXING

Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into low ball with ice and garnish.

BOULEVARDIER

1 part Y/Y Amaro

1 part Y/Y Single Malt Rye

1 part sweet vermouth

Lemon twist

MIXING

Add the amaro, sweet vermouth and rye whiskey to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into lowball glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Avenue

1 1/2 part Y/Y Amaro

1/2 part Y/Y Single Malt Rye

1/2 part Cocktail Pantry lemon juice

3/4 part orgeat

1/3 fresh egg whites

Pecan

MIXING

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake until emulsified. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with a pecan.
